Korfball Post

This text describes the shape and materials of the official korfball post for IKF Events. At this moment, it has not been laid down in any regulations, except in the Netherlands. It is strongly recommended that anyone developing posts, uses these specifications.

• Material: Aluminum;
• Outside diameter: 76 mm;
• Wall thickness: 3 mm;
• Extra strengthened part above which the fixation part for the synthetic korf is attached in .pdf file. (You can see low resolution picture bellow the text);
• The posts are made out of one single piece;
• The surface has been anodized;
• Post, floor hole fixation, and ground plate are joined by a conical ring to almost completely eliminate the slack;
• Space between post and floor hole fixation can be covered by a rubber cover, to prevent dirt or dust entering the floor hole fixation
