Korfball Post

This text describes the shape and materials of the official korfball post for IKF Events. It is strongly recommended that anyone developing posts, uses these specifications.

• Material: Aluminum;
• Outside diameter: 76 mm;
• Wall thickness: 3 mm;
• Extra strengthened part above which the fixation part for the synthetic korf is attached in Picture of the post. (You can see low resolution picture bellow the text);
• The posts are made out of one single piece;
• The surface has been anodized;
• Post, floor hole fixation, and ground plate are joined by a conical ring to almost completely eliminate the slack;
• Space between post and floor hole fixation can be covered by a rubber cover, to prevent dirt or dust entering the floor hole fixation
